MAY 12 – SATURDAY – ART OF THE VIDEO JOCKEY – MULTI MEDIA WITH ORION EASTLAND

4:30 PM to 8PM “It is possible for me to build visual shows based upon virtually any suggested themes and media desires. However, I am presently using the themes of Partying, Dancing, Altered States of Consciousness and a Carnival Atmosphere. I then perform a live mix and abstraction of this thematically chosen “content” at events, combining it with custom footage, “video feedback” background textures, and titles, thus creating a stunning, cutting-edge visual extravaganza. I am able to achieve this real-time video manipulation by using the state of the art Edirol V4 video mixing board. This board not only allows for live, real-time video transitioning, keying and effects between two channels and four sources, but also provides 3 outputs to run 3 L.C.D. projectors simultaneously. This mixing board also features full MIDI implementation and B.P.M. synchronization which allows the entire visuals show to automatically match the sonic vibe and pacing of any production. ” – Orion Eastland
